Hey! Below is an imperfect description of the CMO vacancy because we don’t have a CMO and are looking for an expert who knows more about marketing.
About us
Lovi – science-backed AI cosmetologist.
We're building a company of sweet-natured people without hierarchy and bureaucracy who want to help millions of people worldwide feel more confident and happier, thanks to healthy skin.
Right now, we're at the pre-scale stage. We have a great product, a working business model, sales, almost balanced economics, a strong technical team, and a performance marketing team. But we don't have someone who can regularly think about business development and promotion strategy, new niches and channels, and explore new business models.

Who are we looking for?
You are a co-owner, and pivotal member of the Executive Management team.
You are a person who loves teamwork and embraces our team's blameless culture. Your values – diversity, equity, and inclusion. You believe in radical truth and radical transparency.
You are a person who is excited about creating a product that doesn't need to be sold and will help millions of people feel confident and happy. In the future, make a meaningful contribution to the advancement of science, thanks to accumulated data and experience.
You are a person passionate about well-being, marketing, technology, and people.
Your role
- Be the marketing guru at Lovi, shaping how we present ourselves in various markets and with different products. We want you to tell us what to do, not vice versa.
- Collaborate with our CEO to create a company growth strategy from marketing and business perspectives: search for new niches, markets, and business models; craft and execute a customer-centric marketing strategy, using storytelling to connect with our audience; foster brand growth. Including defining key focuses.
- Use customer insights, market data, and our own research to guide our future well-being technology products and international expansion.
- Manage and hire the marketing team. Help build a solid foundation for our marketing department, from vision to processes, strategies, and everyday operations.
- Manage our public relations efforts to ensure a cohesive brand narrative. Sometimes, this might mean working with external agencies.
- Impact on product development. We want to develop an app based on understanding the customer’s specific goal and the thought processes that would lead that customer to “hire” a product that would replace the cosmetologist and help instill the habit of systematically caring for the skin. You are expected to work closely with the CPO and improve our product.
- Oversee reporting on performance, key successes, and learnings for our leadership and investors.
Your skills and experience
- A charismatic leader who lights up a room and knows how to unite people, making magic happen inside and outside the company.
- Experience leading teams to think big and boldly, nurturing an environment where creative ideas bloom.
