Pora is a Beauty and Health AI assistant developed to democratize dermatology and cosmetology services. Our goal is to empower peoples' wellness and beauty with an ultimate tool for understanding and further improving their skin. We develop breakthrough AI solutions that combine deep knowledge of the user's condition with comprehensive competencies in skincare products.

We already have developed the iOS version of our app that is available in the US, Canada, and EU stores. It’s capable of:

• Guiding the user through a dermatological questionnaire to understand their conditions and needs
• Taking images of the user’s face and providing ML-based analysis
• Providing meaningful recommendations of topical cosmetic products that can improve the skin conditions of the user.
• Suggesting face exercises to maintain firmness and the youth of the skin.

What do we need

• Build a reliable and flexible web architecture to create the best onboarding scenario in the market which is able to perform thousands of AB-tests to optimize its structure, appearance, and wording.
• Develop a face-scanning scenario on the web, based on our own ML models.
• Integrate various services to enable a smooth web-to-app scenario.
• Create the whole startup’s website with various landings targeted at different audiences (such as developers, investors, media, customers, etc), customer areas, entry points to different scenarios, etc.

Also, we need to create some tools for internal use. For example, we’re using our own platform to collect dermatological labeling for our datasets. Also, we use crowdsourcing intensively to test our scenarios, and we need various tools to make the results of these tests transparent and easy to use.

We're looking for a solid professional to help us reach all these goals. You will be a single responsible person for the corresponding area, you’ll report directly to the CTO. All the results achieved in this role will directly impact our business goals and the quality of life of our users.
