Pora is a Beauty and Health AI assistant developed to democratize dermatology and cosmetology services. Our goal is to empower peoples' wellness and beauty with an ultimate tool for understanding and further improving their skin. We develop breakthrough AI solutions that combine deep knowledge of the user's condition with comprehensive competencies in skincare products.

We already have developed the iOS version of our app that is available in the US, Canada, and EU stores. It’s capable of:

• Guiding the user through a dermatological questionnaire to understand their conditions and needs
• Taking images of the user’s face and providing ML-based analysis
• Providing meaningful recommendations of topical cosmetic products that can improve the skin conditions of the user.
• Suggesting face exercises to maintain firmness and the youth of the skin.

What do we need

We are at our early stages now, so we don’t have well-established mechanisms for driving product retention and organic growth. Content should be the key ingredient here — that’s why we are looking for the Head of Content 🙂

From the content perspective, the task is quite challenging. We should maintain high credibility among the users and inside the dermatological community by being always aligned with the existing body of scientific research. However, we need to create content that will be attractive to satisfy our growth needs. Finding the right balance, and enabling our ability to create large amounts of high-quality content is the key to the company's success. That’s why you can become our hero!

Here’s what your day-to-day duties might look like:

• Define and execute our content strategy.
• Define the hierarchy of KPIs for the content team that correlates with business goals without losing the quality of the content.
• Manage the content creation team.
• Create tactical and strategical plans based on business goals, content analytics, and trends.
• Define the content formats; create and continuously update the content grid.
• Build scalable content production process from scratch.
• Ensure medical proofreading and content review process.
• Integrate content into the product. Create content for SEO and marketing purposes.
• Develop a user-generated content creation process.
